Double Cluster

My second attempt at DSO and first attempt at guiding (only short subs though).

Target was over the roof of my house, that and the Moon made it less than ideal conditions

8 x 120s using SW ED80 + reducer on NEQ6

EOS450d for capture using BackyardEOS

ST80 with QHY5 for guiding via PHD

Very nice cluster you have there, I am about to get my focal reduce for my evostar ed80 this week so its nice to see a wide field image done with that set up .

A great result with the cluster looking really crisp whilst retaining some good star colour

One of my favourite objects is h&x Perseus. Always a pleasure to see an image similar to a visual observation of it.
