Well the seeing didn't live up to predictions this morning :headbang: (big surprise) but it wasn't too bad @ about 7/10

I have only had time to do a Q&D on the first one before heading off to work.

14" Dob (more details later):D

Nice one Clayton. Good detail. Always assume (incorrectly) the seeing is always pefect "Down under".

We're stuck under the jetstream at the moment ...

Jarvo

Thanks Jarvo!

It looked like Jetstream here as well, like it was going in and out of focus:( Mostly out:rolleyes:

That dob is starting to sing now Rob! Just tweaked contrast :

Thanks for that Stuart :D

I just got home and haven't had a chance to play as yet :)

The Az was behaving really well last night with over 20min between adjustments:eek: If only I could get the Alt that good (still at about 1.5min)

I feel sure it will decide to play up when the seeing is good :headbang:

Thats very impressive Rob. AZ has always been good with mine and Alt is down to the counterweight ratio but 1.5 mins is plenty good enough for any scale I would think. What fl was this?

This was about 7.4M Stuart.

Which is only about f21.

I perhaps should have pushed a bit harder, but at the time I was debating whether to capture or just go back to bed :D as the image was "fuzzing out" fairly badly at times.
