I had a clear Friday night.

The seeing was very good tonight and I did observe several doubles.

I hope sopme others got out to play.

Indeed! An hour and a half of good stuff . I went out and the constellations I know were in completely different places to where I saw them last it's been that long. It's way past my bedtime now....

Clouds here, and heavy duty wind last night, but the black bits between the clouds actually went black for a change.

After all my moaning....it has been a beautiful clear and warm afternoon. THE LAWN WAS TRIMMED TO WITHIN AN INCH OF ITS LIFE. The HEQ5 is outside ready to grip whichever scope I feel worthy.......please don't rain or cloud over...please.

PHIL...I've seen photos of your lawn......there were great apes wandering arround!
