Didn't post last week as I was a bit busy. Weather weren't the best anyway.

Forecast looks a bit gloomy for this week too. Fingers crossed we'll get some clear skies before the moon gets intrusive again.

may be some clear patches tomorrow night but otherwise not looking good for the next 10+ days...

Could be up for later this week once this jetlag has worn off.

Mars is apparently at opposition this sat so something to look forward to if the weather plays ball.

It will no doubt be clear just in time for the full Moon, next week:(

I will keep an eye out but I reckon we're in for another tough week.

Getting reet bored of this cloud now. Might take up cloud spotting! We must be in for a break soon surely???

If I remember correctly didn't see mars once last year due to weather nor Venus! Let's hope clears up soon, may even have a stab at imaging mars if clears up - only because not hopeful about seeing it too much longer!!

The Moons going to be very intrusive TBH, I don't think it's worth it now until after new Moon, unfortunately.

Easily done specially as its getting hard to remember when the moons about as we're getting so few clear nights.

TBH I'm looking forward to the shorter nights, at least it's clear. Winter is a dead loss these last few years.

cant make this sat unfortunately either way.

last year was the worst, this year slightly better but not great. seems whenever clear skies forecast thin layers of cloud persist - so annoying!

there were clear skies to be had saturday night in the end, although the dob deck was my only potential option. i was all rigged up, scope cooled for some saturday night viewing (about 9pm) but got lured in by the wife for a movie and bottle of wine. by the time i came out the scope was dewed up. AND i read the next morning all about the mega-meteor!! gutted!!
