Messing with a Messier

Fair viewing conditions last night so I though I'd try to get an image of a 'faint fuzzy' just to see what came out.

I had no idea what sort of exposure time to use for a single frame shot with a 15mm EP in the adaptor attached

to the 350D looking through a 150mm reflector. Tried 20 seconds and was quite pleased with result. Nice wide

star field but very faint fuzzy indeed! Anyway, spent the odd hour or three in photoshop using all the tools in the

menu and this is the cropped and I'm afraid, the overcooked result.

Name that Fuzzy!

Was this just one 20 second shot and not quite a few stacked.
