Best for what purpose, it depends what you want to look at really.

i want to photgragh planets and moon but also want a good scope for dso, lets face it i'd like to watch next weeks world cup on Io but thats not gunna happen. lol

The 130P is the better all rounder of the two. More aperture and larger field for deep sky, stick a webcam in via a barlow (you will need to to focus) and it's okay for lunar / planetary imaging.
