Setting up AZ Goto mount, Co-ordinates?

I have the thin manual (two or three pages) included with the AZ Goto but to be honest my knowledge of co-ordinates, longtitude/lattitude, and the rest, is even thinner. I wonder if anyone can enlighten me on how to set your position and the other basic information required to set the alt-az goto mount up? Any help greatly appreciated.

The timezone is 0.

DST is OFF.

Would help a hell of a lot if we knew what make of scope.

When entering the time make sure that the display say PM, Meades default to 20:00 but I thinlk Celestron's want the time a AM or PM.

To be honest I really don't think it matters too much. I used to use the country/city seting in the hand set when I used goto. I live in North Lincs and used Leeds as my next nearest city and it aligned everytime.

Remember the coordinates go in degrees and minutes NOT decimal!
