Does anybody on here use these panels?

Electroluminescent Panels (EL)

Do they work with Ha filters?

I'm looking to get a panel and these are quite a bit cheaper than the Nuemann ones!

I use one it works fine. It is biased towards the blue but you just need to adjust the brightness to get the required ADU count for your camera/CCD.

Yup, I have one too - I have it enclosed in white perspex which helps diffuse it a bit (it is still REALLY bright and I need to throw another layer of something in there eventually) but I just go by my ADU and works great for all my filters. I have had it now for about a year and no problems.

Yep I use one too with Clear, RGB and NB (Ha OIII and SII) filters.

As Anna said just adjust the exposure to get the required ADU count.

I use a white t-shirt folded three times to reduce the brightness to give 2/3 well capacity.
