Got mne off them & fairly prompt just for 880 chipped up to 900.

Support turned out to be abrogation of responsibility. In the end I worked out my problems with it were to do with preinstalled wecam software that came with the inbulilt cam in my dell. Once removed & phillips drivers reinstalled cam has worked a treat, though its not "hot removable" - seeming to cause as BSOD

I do still have a problem with focussing -it seems I'm right at the short end of the eyepiece holder's travel
