It will be magnitude 11 but i have no idea what mag you can get down to with bins. Looks like an interesting target.

yeah was just reading about it in next months edition of sky at night but knowing uks luck with weather etc will be cloudy or snowing lol:D

This is an extract from the Horizons website, showing the co-ordinates and magnitude on an hourly basis around close approach. At close approach, which will be on the 8/9th November it reaches about 11th magnitude and will be racing across the sky at a rate of several degrees per hour.
