M33

This was actually my first target the other night when I also images M45. M33 here is 2hrs 50mins in 10min subs, same kit - 8"f4 Newt & QHY8.

I think I oversharpened the stars in the first version, here is one I'm a bit happier with - anybody any tips for bringing out the spiral arms a little better?

Very nice! I think the galaxy's form is very clear.

The size is fine at f4 Craig ,and there's no mistaking which galaxy it is.

10 minute subs says your guiding is very good, looks as though you've pretty much got your rig settled now, so onward and upwards .

Yep Ron, between this and my M45 Image I'm very happy with the F4 Newt. It pretty muchs holds commimation (Aint touched it for 2 weeks) and we removed the mirror clips so I no longer get the flaring round stars thta this causes (I can remove the clips as the mirror is siliconed to the support)
