g0ibi
New Mess for me tonight was M76, at a mag of 10.1 I was surprised how easy it was to see, as I was in by back garden with only a little LP. Best views of the night were M82 and M81 both great views!!
Andrew
I took a look at M76 tonight. Very nice and bright, especially with the UHC/OIII. Slight hint of the dumbell shape, especially on one side.
michael.h.f.wilkinson
It is a very nice planetary, isn't it. I first saw it with my 15x70s, but in the 8" scope it is just great.

swamp thing
Was checking M76 out on the 28th myself from a dark sky in Wales. The hour glass shape was very distinct and the whole nebula was extremely bright and easy.Tis a great little object.Regards Steve
