Missing a part?

Sometime ago, perhaps 3-4 weeks, I was asked if I could obtain a part for a HEQ5 (I think) mount. It arrived about a week later but it was around the time I switched my email from Outlook to Thunderbird and though I am not aware of having lost anything, I can't find the email relating to the part.

So, is this yours?

I forgot there was a grub screw holding this bolt to the motor housing on my 5 Pro and it sort of "snapped"

1ba brass screws from B&Q are the right size but they are threaded all the way along and will start wearing the brass gear wheeel away. :nono:
