Don't know about over your way Gina, but although we also have high cloud here (predictably, I guess), we have a full week of clear nights forecast... I'll be shattered by the end of the week :)

Should be much the same. If we get some clear nights I might to a more accurate drift alignment - I could use live view and graticle (even if I don't have long exposures available). At least that would be something useful. But I could have the camera fixed by then, with luck.
