Hi Graham,the inside would be 78mm and the outside 80mm and 1040mm long.

For buying small amounts of non-ferrous metal you may want to try Model Engineering Suppliers - they are used to dealing with small amounts and short lengths and don't charge the earth or insist you buy a "full" length that you don't want.

You could try:
