with google, if the site with the most traffic goes to somthing, then it gets higher in googles thing

few years ago there was the george bush is an idoit, where lots of people added it as meta tags into their website, and the google bots picked it up so when u typed in george bush the first link was the "is an idoit" its got a name but i cant remember what now..........
