Number of posts

I have noticed that under peoples avatars there is a listing shown as nebula, star forming or some other desciption.

Are these linked in some way to the number of posts submitted?

If you go to the welcome section there is a "sticky" at the top which explains the various labels. There is no link between the number of posts and a members knowledge, ability, skill or expertise (at least in my case!!!!!).

Ace Cameras aren't bad if you are prepared to them to order kit in for you. There was a time when they had plenty of gear in the window and you could go in and just gawp at the kit but they seem to have pulled back on the visible stock on display. Perhaps the current economy has helped them ration their levels of stock.

Certainly worth a look if local to you.

I go past SCS Astro whenever I take the children to school or pick them up and regularly suffer the temptation to stop. It's probably just as well that it's not all brightly lit displays with lots of cheerful, friendly staff...
