Seems fair enough to me although an explanation to the rest of the members as to why someone has been banned would be in order.

Hi Zog,

On occasion it's not right to discuss the reasons behind the ban. So we wouldn't normally discuss any banning with members.

We have 5 Admin, all admins have the power to ban. But we have to get the unanamous agreement of ALL admin for a ban to be upheld. There is normally numerous discussion / PM's before we get to a banning.

This way, someone having a bad day can't do much without the agreement from the other admin. The chances of all Admins going nuts on one day is slim. Not impossible but slim.

So rest assured that the decision to ban is not taken lightly.
