No idea but instinct's say TUB..always a TUB of stuff & not spray

I'd go with the Lithium-Moly. You don't need much, and let's be honest - it's not the most demanding lubrication application in the world.

I generally use hi-temp wheel bearing grease -cos in Oz it gets pretty hot....

On my old CG5 I used the White Lithium Grease... after you spray, it thickens.
