Help with adjusting images in Pse or CS5

Hi,

Could anyone help me with just a basic image adjustment on a photograph I have taken. I have played around with settings in PS but to no avail. Just wandered wheteher someone could give me a few tips on how best to alter the image in PS (ie curves, histogram adjusts etc). I have stacked in registax and saved in RAW (35mb) but cannot seem to get a decent image out of it, i know the data is there.

You should ask this question in the imaging section. Also include as much information as possible ie subject and equipment used.
