Clear skies - no ´scope

I´m here at sunny Playa Vera in Spain, with a gorgeously clear starlit night last night and no ´scope to look thru. Is this Purgatory or what. What´s more, I have to endure endless blue skies for the next three weeks. Life is so tough ......

I'm in the opposite position, I bought a ST80 to take to Switzerland with me, and I've been struck down by the stomach bug that's going round, so I didn't get away.

Tut Tut. Only having to pack swimming trunks there would have been plenty of space for 20x80's and a PST

Yes, it´s Playa Vera, Almeria - and at this end of the beach you dont even need swimming trunks...

My friends Peter & Angela who live here, have an 8 inch Newt so I´ll probably use that in the next week or so. The air up in the hills (away from the beach/coastal plain) is clearer and steadier so I look forward to that.

The in-laws used to live outside Albox. Fantastic skies! So much to see just with the naked eye. Mmmm
