Had a great nights observing last night. I did notice there is no such thing as a dark sky from now on, DSO are hard to see towards the north because of lingering sunlight, come midsummer there wil be hardly any observing time left. at least its not cold.

I know what you mean! My first chance out last night for 3 weeks, and I was amazed at how bright it was, even after midnight. DSO's were really tricky for me!! Think I'm gonna have to start searching out some pretty double stars instead now for the rest of the summer! :)

I noticed there was a lot of dew last night and although it appeared clear over head when I turned in at 1:30, there was some low lying fog.

Still mustn't grumble, nights out with the scope have been few and far between lately.
