I tried doing that but it turns out I'm **** at cutting . I ended up buying one for £16 just because I have the cutting skills of a molusc!!!

I cut it all out and whilst not perfect, it looked functional. I stuck it on the 'scope but didn't get anything like the neat star patterns I see on here and didn't really help at all.

I suspect I'll have to splash out for a proper one as well
