Probably related to your other thread.

The pattern is created by the bayer matrix of the astro camera. The image files should be debayered during the stacking process in DSS.

The problem is usually due to an incompatible video format. Either convert the video to a older video format using PIPP or use Autostakkert to stack the video frames.

Yeah that's for the power source have you not got the adapter.
Looks more like an audio socket.

I have 12 v adapter that plugs into the base, is it the same one ?
Before plugging anything in to the socket you should check that it is a power socket. The smartfinder is powered by a small battery (CR2032 ?). I suspect that the socket is for meade's audiostar output.

Option c doesn't provide goto functions, only auto guiding through the ST4 port.

YouTube looks OK.

the white screen fade into trails is as intended as thats how it comes out the camera as its over exposed until dark.
This may be so, but the video doesn't play on all devices. Android phone - OK, laptop win 11 no, laptop win 10 no.

okay so can someone else help me?
Ultimately the choice of telescope will be down to you. Ask a number of number of people "which telescope should I get ?" and you will get many answers, each one as valid as the last/next. Only you can decide for yourself which is the best telescope for you. Visit a local retailer or astronomical society and test various types of telescope. Some are easier to use than others (position of eyepiece, collimation etc) but only you can decide on the right one.

Yes you have. You now need more than 25 posts for access to the classifieds section.

Does anyone know if Squeaky is still a member of this forum? I wanted to get in touch with Richard, but his email address appears to no longer work, and the website isn't active either...
@squeaky hasn't logged on since March 2013 so it is reasonable to assume that they are no longer an active member of this forum.

Can't be certain, but it might be from a Kson mount
-
A diagonal is missing, possibly some sort of finder, maybe the handset ( I don't see one) and definitely the user manual, the telescope is mounted back to front.

So you might need a 5V to 12V-15V DC Converter.
Would this provide the minimum 2 amps required by the mount ?

Or power a suitable 12v psu.

To all. Some posts have been removed from this thread, please stay on topic.

Can you provide some dimensions? Tube diameter and length.

Probably the same as the Skywatcher Evostar 120, 1000mm.

The Aeromaster is (I suspect) a telescope of the Bird-jones design
No, the Astromaster 130 is a standard Newtonian reflector (130/650) and possibly has a spherical primary mirror, although more likely to be parabolic.

The "random angle" is about 45 degrees, which also will be about the angle the focuser is to the horizontal which is why the image in the eyepiece looks a bit scewed.
