    there are times i love my job, but when it means taking mmoney out of my employees pockets to satasfy new policys I get rather depresssed

      i dont even know how to concider who is the weakest, one gets real flirty/talky with any customer of the female pursuasion, another has difficulties keeping up on task ( though he is my most senior employee) and the other is new, slow on the transactions but promissing. how can someone decide who to let go. Do i follow the OLD saying Last in First out, or do i weigh in on all aspects. perhaps a performance review is needed and let the broad picture, in relation to what is required be the dec...
