Keeping it brief, I emailed FLO inquiring about a solar filter. Steve replied quickly, asked a question, I replied then, following his advice, ordered the filter online. It arrived 21 hours later. There is no room left for improvement. Faultless service from first inquiry to fulfilment. AND this was while they were running a clearance sale that day. (Saw an earlier thread suggesting FLO fans might be 'on commission'. Take it from a hard-to-please Scot, that ain't the case.)
