    Why did my bank have to give me a contactless card? Do they not know how unsecure they are... not to worry though, I've lined some foil in my wallet which should block the radio signals :).

      But... just found out I can contact them and get a normal debit card :). Result! Will get onto that on Monday.

      I read all sorts of things about payments being made over longer distances than expected and even when cards were still in purses / wallets etc.
