  1. Some proper beasty Maks there! I'm going to look away before I decide I want one
  2. Hi, in which ways would this be better than buying the Moonlite with Moonlite C100ED flange? http://www.firstlightoptics.com/moonlite-focusers/moonlite-cf-crayford-focuser-for-refractors.html Wouldn't you have to drill three holes into the threaded section of the tube with the Agena kit? I know RussWill has recently done similar with his C100ED and TS mono rail.
  3. Very nice matching scopes Skyline. I've only recently got hold of a C100ED myself. I really like it apart from the focuser which jerks when you try and focus, and also makes the image shift left and right! I'm definately going to try and tune it, and if that fails it might be new focuser time. The rest of the scope is worth it.
  4. Well I don't think we should feel too bad for questioning it, they did look like fiction. I'm glad they are fact though, makes the world a more interesting place
  5. I can only imagine the views Very impressive, and not cheap I bet! $ $ I \__/

  8. The Ethos is nearly as big as the C5!
  9. You have a gun on your hip for observing!
  10. Oh yes! rocking the 60mm f/16 I had a blue WO66! I don't know where to begin with the last picture
  11. I'm not sure I have either, do giant binos count as two fracs?
  12. I think it's cloudy everywhere by the sounds of it
  13. Interesting. Can you try less than 46mm to see if it shows a trend?
  14. What scope is it Jules? It looks very Tal like!
  15. I think your corners are possibly a touch better than on my image without a flattener, but it's close. Maybe try different spacing?
  16. A nice frac and a slice of cake aunt sally
  17. Here is a pic of M31 taken with a WO66 and 1100D with APC size sensor (no flattener) Does it look like this?
  18. From memory the WO 0.8 flattener reducer mk 2, 3, and 6 work reasonably well. Also I've found that the Altair 0.8 reducer works for a lot of scopes around f/6, and it's a snip at 75 pounds
  19. Very nice I bet you have to watch out for that pool in the dark!
  20. Oh wow, that's quite a setup you have there tazor!
  21. Very nice grab n go rig, do you always observe away from home
