First attempt at eyepiece projection

Finally got a clear night so attached the DSLR to my Baader zoom. Not too unhappy, could be sharper and a bit more contrast maybe. Early days..

I think theres alot of detail in there for a first attempt,, had a little play with the levels in my eyes looks good...

Think your not wrong there, looks to be more detail waiting to be brought out. Next time I get a chance, I try taking a number of shots but refocus very slightlty after each one and then maybe I'll get the whole image nice and sharp.

Wow! what the heck did you do to bring that sort of detail out? what settings am i missing on CS5 lol!
