Synscan confusion

The synscan goto system asks for location coordinates in degrees and minutes and it seems I have been using decimal coordinates by mistake. When looking for coordinates on the internet a lot of them give decimal coordinates. So I found this handy converter.

If you just use google earth and place the curser over the exact spot of the telescope not only will you get the co-ordinates exactly but you will also get the elevation above sea level!

well with my synscan you don't need to worry about the decimal point, just get the closest round numbers you can and all will be well. Good luck, goto took me quite awhile to figure out so don't get discouraged if it does.
