Access to Buy / Sell section

Hey. Just wondering how this works. Signed up here on Feb 10th and have posted more than 50 but still don't see the real buy / sell forum.

Is a "month" actually 31 days. Feb is obv a short one or has something gone awry?

Have logged out etc but no joy....
