Tonight I am watching the Pleiades and Aldebaran and the Hyades and suddenly in the Pleiades two very bright stars appeared and disappeared in 0.10 seconds or so....These stars were green and red!!! It took me 5 seconds or so to realise that an airliner passd over my scope and the Pleaides....Must happen a lot....but it startled me a bit...

I have not had a airliner but I have had a shootingstar and a satalite.

The shooting star took me back a bit.

Planes, satellites (including the ISS) and meteors they always make me jump when I'm relaxed and looking at DSO.

I had a bird fly past when looking through me bins, that made me flinch a little.

There is so much low cloud at the moment if I see plane lights i'm gonna duck.
