Green box in PHD rides of into the sunset

Hi Guys,

Basically as the title says when I start guiding in PHD, it does the calibration within the required number of steps 25 ( I think ) then says guiding, green cross hairs and green box in the centre then the box follows a star and keeps going in one direction then the alarms go off as it loses the guiding.

Anyone have any idea about what settings I have not got right, the equipment is HEQ5 Pro, ST80, QHY5, ST4 cable controlled via EQMOD.

Is Disable Guide Output ticked in the Advanced Setup?

Or Manual Guide selected in Tools?

It might be a good idea to try the manual guide option and try to move it about yourself a bit, that will show up anything that may be non-responsive or slow. It moves at guide speed though, so it takes a few stabs of the button to get a star to move. Could be a dodgy cable?
