Jupiter, 19 Nov, SEB revival

Clear sky and reasonable seeing last night allowed me to image Jupiter; the SEB revival (to the left of the meridian in these images) is really starting to spread!

2010 Nov 19, 2129 UT. CM1 029 deg, CM2 273 deg. Dia 44.1", alt 29 deg. CPC 1100, 1.5x barlow, Astronomik Planet Pro 742 IR pass filter, DMK21.

Alt/az doesn't give you any field rotation problems when stacking RGB ?

Not in the limited time spans dictated by Jupiter's rotation ... and at 55N planets don't pass through the zenith where field rotation can be a serious issue!
