I have no other data on D. Starkey (it's not "Starky", sorry). Months ago I tried to send a message to Mr. Monheit but the e-mail address at his site doesn't work. The message bounced back. He's been having serious health problems, so maybe he's inactive now. The only other thing I was told was that the Japanese bought from him the design for a hydroelectric plant. Concerning this inquiry my boat struck the rocks and it remains there. Who knows what the NASA is up to on the Moon. Maybe they have a huge underground base on the far side and another one in Mars….
