celestron weight prob

Hi members, can anybody tell me were i can get a countre weight for celestron cpc 9.25 or do i need one ,with heavy eyepieces and the clutch off it seems unbalanced,will this couse a problem with the scope longterm,i have seen one on a scope on utube but cant seem to find one on celesrton web sites.

The CPC's have nylon azimuth bearings that give in after a while if the scope is loaded up and wedged. So they'd need changing to steel bearings eventually - e.g. if you mount a guidescope and cameras/ep's etc.

But with a few 2" ep's in az mode I've never had a problem - just have to be careful if you disengage the clutch :icon_salut:
