Meade 5000 80 ED APO focusser

Hi, I have Meade 5000 80 ED APO with single speed crayford focusser . I would like to remove it and replace with a dual speed but for the life of me I can't see how it comes off the optical tube.

There are two grub screws on the flange which if removed allow the focusser to move slightly but not to come off. Are these the correct screws and I am being a bit timid?

I maybe wrong here but I'm sure you can buy a 1:10 upgrade kit from TS?

Thanks Rob I checked the website and yes they do have one at 78 euros which is very reasonable. Now how do I get the d***ed focusser of the tube?
