Sun Dogs 7pm Greater Manchester

Hi All. Stood in my back yard earlier with a bottle of Miller. Just had the one BTW, at this point. Sundogs spotted approx 7pm. From memory, only the third time I have seen em !! I am actually 10 miles east of downtown Manchester. Anyone else note them ??

I spotted one to the left of the sun at around the same time in Crewe.

Yes, saw one too from Bradford. Quite bright, actually noticed it in next doors car window when i popped out to the garden, which made me look up.

must be the high fuzzy cloud I seem to have hanging over my area at the moment...

I saw them either side of the sun yesterday evening on the way home from buying some floor boarding from Wickes. Spotted them through the car windscreen , and pointed them out to the Mrs.

Amazing sight.

Saw them yesterday from N of Manchester, same again today this afternoon. I've also seen and photographed "moondogs" and witnessed a Moon "rainbow", anyone else seen these?
