[if you click on username and go to view public profile, there is a link in the statistics tab "view all threads started by ...", which (not surprisingly) will list all the threads started by ... HTH]

ok well it was a lot longer than 90 seconds, so i will bear that it mind next time, thanks to you for your advice, id be knocking out 320x240 pics still if it wernt for you! ;p now i seem to have a slight grasp on the basics, its just down to fine tuning and getting used to registax, am also looking at a 4x barlow or an imagemate maybe?

You could break your long avi into shorter ones using Virtualdub which is a free video editing software and then try those in registax to see if it makes a difference.

To be honest i'm not an expert on which is the best 4x barlow though I've heard the 3x Tal barlows are good for a budget barlow. I myself have 2 2x barlows that I stack together obviously a single 3 or 4x barlow would be better.
