Gulf of Mexico

Had a few clear hours on Saturday night so decided to try the Canon 1000d on the Orion 10" CT. This is the first try at imaging a nebula with the modified Canon , very happy with only 8 x 10 mins worth.

Plenty of noise still evident but additional subs would solve that.

Bias and flat calibrated
