IC Capture and DFK camera

I've just recieved my new DFK camera from FLO but am unable to use it as the IC Catpure software does not accept the license key that was supplied with the camera. I have left a message on FLO's phone line and emailed them but I just wondered if anyone on here could help?

Allright then.....

I was entering the number 1234567 as the license key as it was shown on the quick start guide. I didn't notice that the REAL key was printed on the CD sleeve.
