Faulkes South has a line/column defect fault at present.

Astrometric data submitted to the IAU last week

Hi Nick, great animations. I managed to see/image K5 McNaught the other night. Did you come to any conclusions about it splitting? Thanks

The split was in this instance (and it even threw the FT team) an anomaly in the exposure time and the autoguider/tracking. It caused a periodic blip which when animated any time, showed what looked like possible periodic rotation. Good for all of us to be aware of that for future observations
