M13 and M97

I had a magic time Saturday night / Sunday morning. I am not sure if I got the north direction right on these so any advice on how to check that would be most appreciated. I normally just tweak the DEC slow-mo a bit and make a best guess.

Regarding directions, i just check Sky Tools 3 the next day.
