Moon/Planetary Positions

Hi all

I am sure this is a slightly daft question but is there anything available which confirms when the moon and planets will be viewable in the UK over the next few years?

I am trying to plan sessions ahead (subject to cloud!) so I can make the most of them.

Just fast forward to the date/time and location you want and use the search function.

I have Stellarium and agree it's great but eg with regard to the moon, I see that scanning forward over the next week or so, it's in the sky during daytime and I was after something (e.g. a book) that gives the information without the need to fire up the PC.

I may have answered my own question!

What about this one which seems to do what I need and also is very cheap so no worries about it get dew soaked on a regular basis!

An "Astronomical Almanac"? I see some on sale at Amazon etc.

Expensive? Not QUITE sure what the content might be but...

I might just take a punt on the little book I linked to. I have charts etc for the Messiers and what have you, just not the moon etc and this would seem to fit the bill.
