Leo Triplet ED80 Unguided

Targetted the Leo triplet last night.

Conditions clear but seeing was not too good.

ED80

350D Filter removed

HEQ5

Prime focus ISO 800

35 subs each 75 secs

Darks

Flats

Stacked with DSS

Processed in CS3

Thats a cracking result for such short exposures and unguided to - Give yourself a pat on the back for that one!

You've got a great result there unguided, I'm hoping to achieve something this good now I've got myself a new mount...

Did you drift align?

I do not drift align.

I just check my polar alignment every time i image and try to get it as accurate as possible.
