12 x 5 minute subs, CLS filter only...no flats as yet..

Inverted for effect on the halo which is what I was after... have subs to do the core as well...need to comp in

I've read that outer ring has many fragments of spiral arms according to Messiers book.

A great picture, and very odd object indeed.

It has traces of spiral arms for sure, I can see them in HPF filter processing... clear as day...if my flats were done, be even easier as all the munge from the flat field would be gone..
