Helpdesk hiccups!

Unfortunately around the time our server went down we also had problems with our helpdesk! We received only three inquiries to the helpdesk yesterday, a small fraction of our usual amount! The Zendesk people are working on a solution and we are told that the enquiries are not lost, they will eventually arrive.

This morning we do appear to be back to normal but are still missing a huge chunk of earlier enquiries.

Whilst problems like this are rare they are intensely frustrating, particularly as we have chosen and are paying for premium packages! There is nothing bargain-basement about either our server or helpdesk.
