M51 and M101

I captured these images a couple of weeks ago still a bit work to do yet on my new imaging set up Celestron 11" CPC at F 6.3 and a modded 400D DSLR camera M51 4 hrs of 10 minute subs and M101 2 hrs 42 minutes of mixed subs

Both very good, although I think M51 has been over processed a bit....

Fair comment on M51 but I sometimes get carried away with the processing as when data is good you just cant stop.
