Help required for Telescope Pier top plate adaptor

Hello everyone, I have just received my telescope pier off a good friend. And I must say that I'm chuffed with the finished item. Spec as follows:

  1. Height 95cm to top plate.
  2. Lower plate 25cm square and 13mm thickness.
  3. Top plate 15cm square and 7mm thickness.
  4. Main post is made of 4in square tubing plus gussets on all corners.
  5. He even painted it for me.

The only item that I'm looking for now is the adaptor to fit on to the top plate, so that I can mount my EQ6 Pro. Could some one advise me on where I can one, plus the bolt for attaching the mount head onto the adaptor.

Thank you.

Very sorry about the duplicate post. Thank you all for the recommendations. I have seen this particular item. EQ6 Kit For Professional LX Pier System

I think that this would be the easiest on to modify, only requiring the drilling of four holes in the same position as the current top plate. Any comments?

Thank you.

It was not a criticism. I thought I had entered a parallel universe and was all set to run out and put on the lottery numbers that had come up last night:D
