Hey there,

I am new to astronomy, and have some experience with black and white film photography and developing my own film.

I was bought a telescope two christmases ago but have hardly used it. Took it camping once, and have had it out in the back yard a few times. Had a decent look at the moon, but thats about it.

I have a Sky-watcher Newtonian model BKP13065EQ2. It came with a 2 X Barlow lens, Super 10 mm, Super 25 wide angle long eye relief lens and an EQ2 mount.

I'm looking to learn more about astronomy in general, and I am wanting to get into astrophotography, but I will need to buy some extra kit for that.

I'll take some time and read through the site. I do have some questions, but will try to make sure they haven't already been asked and answered else where.

Thats all for now.
